DECEMBER DAILY, PROJECT LIFE

Hi and welcome to my December Daily Day 13. Not a big day but certainly a big night and one of the favourites on our December calendar. I will note that I went through a lot of black ink printing the pictures for this day but I think it’s worth it.

In case you are new here I am working on a documenting project called “December Daily”. A concept of documenting the month of December leading up to Christmas day created by Ali Edwards. If you would like to know more please do have a look HERE.

So let’s get on with it.IMG_0076

Immediately I will start with my divider for day 13. This was the reserved sign on the table where we sat this evening for dinner. a) it’s a memory nugget and b) it was exactly 8″ tall!! Of course I had to take it home and include it! 🙂 IMG_0077I laminated it, added the “Day 13”, the trim form the Ali Edwards December Daily kit a tab and it was done. IMG_0075I want to quickly show this picture which has the trailing end of day 12 and now it will likely be clear why I included the blue trim on the reserved sign (I realise it was very busy already).IMG_0078

Flip side of reserved sign and the first page. What you can’t see is that I have tucked the receipt from dinner behind the top 6×4 picture. Again it is part of the story “we alway seem to order the same meals” 🙂 – I am still entertaining putting a tag onto the receipt so that I can see it is in there. Maybe something dangly. IMG_0080This is the back page. Lots of black again. The pictures of us in front of the tree are a tradition. We always do these so I had to include them. I did them in Black and White because there were lovely red lights all around us this year (they were blue last year) but the red made the pictures look … well not great.IMG_0082A little close up and that’s it! Day 13 is done 🙂

Thanks for coming.

    • Thank you Jodie. I actually saw that one in the pack at first and thought I would not use it as it’s not me. But, when I was doing this layout it found me! 🙂
