December Daily 2015 – Day 4

comments 10

Hi There and welcome to my day 4.

So the mantra with December Daily is “make it work for you” right? Well with that in mind that’s exactly what my Day 4 was. It was a super, dooper busy day and hubby and I went out at night so no time to for December Daily at night. That’s ok I just sat down like 1/2 hour ago and just banged it out. It’s very simple but it’s done.

This is my day 4. Yep 2 pages and that’s completely it.

On the left side I used an Ali Edwards digital template. December Stories 6×8 layered Templates 2. As I mentioned the day was super busy but hubby and I did stop for a moment to enjoy a little quiet time while sipping on our favourite beverage, coffee. The cups and coffee are were too pretty not to document and to be honest we REALLY, REALLY love our coffee. Like seriously, it’s chronic LOL so it had to make it into my December Daily.IMG_9719This is the right hand side. I must say I resist using the page with all there 2×2 pockets. I find it a struggle but decided that I want challenge myself and I had a few little pictures I wanted to include so, this is how it turned out. (If there are any typos it may be the glass or two of wine I had before doing this page… sorry)IMG_9721

You may be wondering how I cut there acrylic snow flakes in half. Once again it was a little tricky. I engaged hubby and asked him how he would do it. He suggested a hacksaw and so I asked if he could give it a go for me. LOL … he did. (love yo baby)  Once again the result was not perfect but good enough for me. I shoved those babies in and day 4 was done!

Thinking about Day 5 now. Santa photos. Wish me luck.

Till next time.

  1. Love the white on green printing. Yay for new beginnings… you guys have a huge year planned. Fab tradition of end of school year partys. I have the next 2 days away from home so no DD will get done till Tuesday… real life hey.

    • Hehe yep we have all come to love it. Also helps mitigate some of the sadness that comes with that day for the endings and goodbyes.
